What this site collects
The contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. When you submit it, that information is emailed directly to Glenn Lyvers — it is not stored in a database on this server. If you email glenn@glennlyvers.com directly, or book a paid service (editorial, ghostwriting, mentoring, or tech classes), the same applies: whatever you share is used only to respond to you and, where relevant, to deliver the service you requested.
A hidden "honeypot" field on the contact form is used to silently discard automated spam submissions. It collects nothing from real visitors.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use it: which pages are read, roughly where visitors come from, and what kind of device and browser they use. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies and collects this usage data on Google's behalf; it does not give this site your name or email address. Google's handling of this data is described in How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
You can opt out of Google Analytics on every site by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser.
What this site does not do
This site does not run advertising trackers, does not use cookies to build advertising profiles, and does not sell your information to third parties.
Payments
Where a page links to a PayPal payment button or form (for example, book purchases), payment details are handled entirely by PayPal — this site never receives or stores your card or payment information.
Third-party embeds
Some pages embed content from YouTube or Facebook (for example, video or the Facebook page widget on the About page). Those platforms may set their own cookies or collect data according to their own privacy policies when you interact with an embed.
